Nyekundu (man with a scar) is a large portrait of an African in Masai costume. He is soaking in the morning warmth, at one with his land. He bears a deep scar under his chin perhaps from an encounter with a predator! His cloak of bright red is faintly checked which does not show on the photo. Painted in acrylics and oils, on a deep edged canvas 30" x 24"
